A life changing experience. I just completed the 8 day yoga retreat and it has truely changed my life for the better. The staff at Byron Yoga Centre are such beautiful and caring people and truely make the place what it is. I went there with little to no yoga experience and came away with so much knowledge. The facility is beautiful and so close to town. The food is incredible and will definitely be trying some of the recipes at home. Nicole, Elise and Luke made my experience so much better. Will be coming back for sure!!

A great place for a yoga retreat or a wonderful place to learn how to become a yoga teacher. You will become a safe teacher, with emphasis on contraindications for each pose or any pranayama you may learn and safe adjustments. There's also a lot of detail on the philosophy of yoga. Or if you're in Byron Bay, great to go there for just a class too! I'm grateful I was able to do over 500 hours training with BYC.
