We are 3 girls from Chile living together in Thornton Tower Apartment and the main room is available with its own bathroom and walking closet. The room has two individuals beds. The apartment has a big kitchen, balcony, laundry and living room. The build has an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a jacuzzi, sauna, tennis court and BBQ area. I have enjoyed all my time at IMAGINE, the staff and teachers are very good. I enjoyed so much that l extended my visa & course to do the Diploma of Childcare. The manager Raf Gonzalez is GREAT!!... he has helped me with all the questions l have, he also helps all the students all the time no matter what country you are from, he is amazing person! I think anyone who wants to study English should think about IMAGINE. I really love the college!!!!

Absolutely appalling service, I would never use this company again. My daughter is doing her Cert 3 in Childcare, Imagine Education Australia was her RTO. She is currently in her second year of her traineeship, for the year she was with Imagine Education Australia, her training officer didn't turn up to the majority of her training sessions and my daughter has completed 3 booklets, one of which wasn't collected by the trainer and the other two were signed off on but "her practical assessments weren't signed off" because, apparently, in one whole year the trainer couldn't find a suitable day. She has basically wasted a year of her traineeship through this company's ineptness. For a traineeship that is supposed to only take 2 years, my daughter would definitely have been pushing to finish it in 5, if this is the way you handle your business. She is now going to have to redo the work she has already completed and been signed off on with her new RTO, Careers Australia. Thankfully, they are capable of doing the job properly. *Edited because apparently she was only with Imagine Education for 6 months (from 28/2/15 - 15/8/15). And according to the GM of Imagine, she only completed one book, which couldn't be signed off on because they "had to come and do a review at the centre". She had also completed another book which she has since redone through Careers Australia, as her RTO from Imagine didn't come and collect it. So in 6 months, the RTO could only supply her with 2 books and couldn't make it out to do a review or to collect the second book. I just wanted to thank Rebecca from imagine education who helped me finish my diploma in childcare.... She really went above and beyond to help me finish my last few units in record time and helped me get my dream job! Her support and professionalism was amazing! Thanks again!!!!!!

I would like to thank imagine education for helping to complete my cert 3 in childcare.. aswell as educators and my trainer Rebecca from imagine. I have learnt many things and improved many skills from this experience Thanks again.

I have owned my hair salon on the Gold Coast for 12 years and have continuously used a tanning organisation's who deliver training in the salon. And before this in Rockhampton for 10 years. I have used THIS organization for the past 18 months and have NEVER BEEN HAPPIER! The level of teaching and certainly the delivering of knowledge is from a level of my old school hairdressing. THE BEST I'VE SEEN IN MANY YEARS. I also have a volenteer British student from Imagine Education one day every week for the past 6 months who has become a valued member of our teem. I'm at intermediate level, I did not like the didactics, no rules, no books, just copies and still bad, let's see if it improves in the next level, but I do not recommend it to anyone who really wants to learn English, just for those who want time to work. My school is Brisbane spring hill.

New teacher Alison. I like her and I been nice to her. I been talked to her I really need her's help that I need Diploma before expire my visa. Otherwise I have to back to Korea. It will make me Doesn't let me stay in Australia anymore. Didn't I try enough? No There was only 2 assessment to finish. And When I finish them I straightly gave to her. I thought that should be aright. But There was few things to fix(after few weeks). Then I done fixed ASAP. Then sent back to her. But problem is she works 2days a week. So I suppose be done 25th August. But I still been fixing this assessment Furthermore she found another assessment which had marked she send it back to me. And that two assessment are quite massive assessment. So it is going like.. She find problem (even she told me this is last thing to fix) > I fix > she find another thing from other section. > I fix > she is day off > I wait > she find another things (thank you!) It is still processing !! I done that assessment at 17th August! Whay is it a month fixing?! I know she been tried to help me. But she is still strict. Almost student are student visa. Which from oversea. But she doesn't understand that (language - she complain wrong spell, blanket!!) (Visa - we can't stay in Australia please help me. Please !! ) Do you really want to do perfect assessment? We are trying . But where are we from ? We are oversea student. Alison. People make mistake. And we are human. Please think about that and understand about us! She even gave me personal E-mail. (But she never check) I been met many teachers in Imagine. And it is my last course. But It is nightmare.. Thank you.

Worst learning instruction. I have spent the last year studying my diploma in childcare. I was close to finishing. When I rang with a question, I was told that I hadn’t submitted any work which they are denying they have lost (I have prove they were submitted) I have tried making contact to fix this and my emails and calls are now being ignored �

Honestly the worst academy I have ever been. I studied there for 6 months, first I started a Diploma of Business but the first three weeks were really frustrating, the classes must start around 8:30 9 o’clock but the teacher never was there until 9:30 9:45, and the classes were until 16:00 but always finished around 11 one hour only of class!!! until one day he never arrived. Because all of that I decided to change to Advanced in Business, the teacher Jessica was fantastic but the 90% of the days i was alone in class, only one student during the whole course! Really a shame, the students usually goes to Australia to meet new people practice their English but in my case nothing of that. To conclude my horrible experience i finished my course the 31st of May and today is 31st of July and I am still waiting for my certificate, I sent 3 emails and always an excuse, a shame. I totally NOT recommend this academy to anyone.
