I love ISCD! I attended a full day Introduction to Colour workshop earlier this year and it was brilliant. The educator was so knowledgeable and engaging and the course was exactly what I needed to help me decide on furthering my interest in this creative industry, especially through flexible learning, which suits me. I'd highly recommend this school.

After hearing great things about this course, I saved up and paid half the fees. I was told at the time I could pay the balance by set instalments over quite a long period. As soon as they had me signed up, every single letter or phone call was asking 'when are you going to pay your fees?' It was a major headache to explain what they previously agreed. Subsequent payment arrangements were not honoured - by ISCD! The only communications I received were about fees, with the exception of a long, long pro forma email I received from my supposed mentor with a photo of herself on a restaurant drinking wine. The email was all about her own ISCD studies. Nothing about me and absolutely no interest whatsoever in why I was doing her course. I deferred because the nightmare of ISCD was intruding on my work as a lawyer. Then I was told I could come back and would have full credit for the fees paid but I would have to pay a monthly fee for every month past my expected graduation date. To add insult to injury ISCD has told me today that they will not honour that promise and in fact I have to pay all the fees but with a $1000 discount, meaning the fees will only be $5850. Thanks but I'm retraumatised! ISCD treats distance students like dirt. We seem to be subsidising the people who can study on campus. I live on a farm, two hours from Melbourne. So I will follow my passion via some proper educational institution such as RMIT, where educators care more about design than they do about money. Really sad however as ISCD was my lifetime dream for many many years. What a waste of money and emotions.

I just want to say that I'm extremely disappointed and upset by the phone call I just received this afternoon. After months of looking forward to starting my dream course I was told that I could not continue due to the government not being able to offer enough vet fee help loans to your students. This is totally unacceptable. I am extremely upset about this. The course suited me perfectly as the course days fell on the same days as my sons preschool days. I really don't know what else to say but I am shocked at the unprofessionalism at calling me just 3 weeks before the course starts. Very disappointed

Yesterday i went to the Sydney Open day not knowing what to expect. But when i arrived at ISCD my mind was blown away. The ladies were lovely, kind and smiling. Everyone was laughing and enjoying. The art work from the previous graduates made me feel inspired and eager to start the course straight away. The institution didn't feel like a regular college, it felt better. The place was amazing! I cant wait to study for my dream career next February and make new friends in a beautiful institution. I would definitely recommend ISCD for anyone who wishes to study design. Thanks to ISCD for an awesome experience. �

Amazing support from teaching & administration staff who want everyone to succeed in their chosen field of study.

I am so glad that I chose to study my Cert IV Design with ISCD via distance education). The depth of the design education, and relevancy to my career has been outstanding. The course content was both challenging and interesting. I would recommend ISCD to anyone serious about working in a creative field.

Haven’t studied here, was interested but their sales staff have harassed me for the past two weeks calling me three times a day nearly everyday. So will never sign up here. Bombarding people won’t get them to enrol. I’ve had to block the numbers from my phone, might have to change my telephone number.

I completed my Cert IV and Surface Design Diploma at ISCD and thoroughly enjoyed my time. Every week I would look forward to my day at ISCD, I loved being on campus and connecting with my classmates. ISCD provided great support during the courses, and were very accommodating to student needs. I finished a year ago (in 2016) and the courses gave me the confidence I needed to start my own business. The continued support after graduating has been absolutely invaluable. Thanks ISCD!

I studied both CertIV in Design and the Colour Design Diploma here and it was amazing! The educators are incredible, so passionate about both the subjects they teach and ensuring that your learning experience is positive. I'm still in touch with fellow students from both years. Having met wonderful like minded people and getting to explore the creative side of my brain as a mature age student has been the most fulfilling thing I have done in the last 10 years. Highly recommend anyone who is considering studying design to put iscd at the top of your list.

I completed the foundation course last year and I can honestly say this school is unique in its approach towards design and the power of colour. I loved every moment. It was rewarding, challenging and nurturing. I was able to expand my creative eye and will never look back.
