The Graduate Certificate in Business is intended to provide students with foundational business skills. Students study four subjects from a choice of five covering introductions to Accounting, Business Law, Economics, Statistics and professional Communication. The course is intended as an entry point and pathway to other postgraduate degrees. It is particularly useful for prospective students who do not have an undergraduate degree in business or a related discipline.
POSSIBLE CAREER PATHS
Graduates of the Graduate Certificate in Business may find entry level graduate employment in Financial Planning, Corporate Governance, Human Resources Management and Marketing among other career paths.
PATHWAY TO FURTHER STUDIES
Graduates of the Graduate Certificate in Business are eligible to apply for admission into further postgraduate qualifications in Australia and overseas. Graduates may apply for admission to KOI’s Graduate Diploma of Business, Master of Accounting or Master of Professional Accounting with 4 credits for prior learning credit given for studies completed within the Graduate Certificate in Business.
