Bureaucracy of the highest level!!! Stay away from this place unless you'd like to fight a battle you can not win. Do Not expect any help from the staff...you might be lucky enough, to get a teacher that actually cares, but that's it! The rest of the employees can't be bothered, no answers to emails, excuses like "I don't know, you have to contact the person in charge, or she/he is on vacation, you have to wait! or its gonna be in 4 weeks (when actually 12 weeks later you still haven't got anything)...I can continue, only thing that they remember about is sending the students invoice 2 months in advance, just so they don't forget!...this institution doesn't care about anyone...just the money!

I’m currently studying English in SSBT ASG and I’m really enjoying my classes and teacher, I feel that my English is improving fast. The staff are always kind and helpful, make me feel home even though I am on the other side of the world. I totally recommend
