Once you've found your course, you are ready to proceed with the enrolment. Study Anywhere will guide you through this process and handle all the necessary communication with your school. No hard copies will be required and you'll simply email your documents to your Study Anywhere agent.
1. Submit your documents
The school will typically require a scan of your previous education certificate (e.g. a high school diploma, a uni degree...), the biographical page of your passport, and you'll also need to fill out a simple enrolment form.
Proof of English may also be required (IELTS or similar) from non-native English speakers. If you don't have one, don't worry, and just send us a message. We can recommend you a school with a free online English test. Schools often don't require proof of English if you've recently studied in an English-speaking country.
2. Receive your Letter of Offer (LoO)
After our team submits your documents, you'll just wait for the school to issue your Letter of Offer. This is usually very quick when enroling with Study Anywhere and your Offer Letter will be ready within 1-2 business days. If you need the Letter of Offer very quickly (e.g. because your current visa expires soon), make sure to notify our team as soon as possible so we can recommend schools with the fastest turnaround times and help you avoid those with slower enrolment processes.
Your Letter of Offer will confirm that the school has a spot for you in your chosen intake, outline the conditions of your enrolment and also show a detailed tuition fee payment plan with due dates.
3. Sign the Letter of Offer and pay the first instalment
At this stage, we will ask you to sign your Offer Letter and pay the first instalment (usually the first term tuition fee + enrolment fee). You will pay directly to the school, not Study Anywhere. You will just notify our team after the payment is done so we can immediately follow up with the school and request your Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE).
4. Receive your Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) and apply for a Student Visa in Australia
The last enrolment step is to check if all your details in the Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) are correct. This is the document issued by the school after you signed the Letter of Offer and made your payment. If you are enroling in a package of multiple courses, each course will have a separate CoE. Confirmation of Enrolment is an official document that our registered migration agent will use for your Student Visa application.
