I’m in Australia already. Can I apply for a Student visa?

It depends on the type of visa you are holding at the moment. Have a look at your current Visa Grant Letter and check the conditions you have listed in there. As long as there isn't a “No further stay” condition, we should be able to help you to study in Australia and to apply with you for your Student Visa. If you want to be sure, just e-mail us your current Visa Grant Letter and we can confirm.
